After serving 34 years in the Australian Defence Force and facing the profound challenges of Complex PTSD, Anxiety, Depression and many physical health issues, Jeanette discovered the transformative power of frequency sound.
Without needing to relive trauma through words, she found healing in vibrational frequencies and now, she passionately shares this with others.
Her journey from silence to song is at the hear of her mission: to help others rediscover their voice, lighten emotional burdens and reconnect with their true selves.
